143rd Silver Spurs Rodeo Champions

The Silver Spurs Rodeo is one of the most well-known rodeos in Florida, and we just wrapped up our summer rodeo. The 143rd Silver Spurs Rodeo took place Friday, May 31st and Saturday, June 1st at the Silver Spurs Arena in Kissimmee where local cowboys, cowgirls and junior contestants competed for their share of prize money. Our secretaries have finalized scores, and we are excited to share the results with you! Below are the top three winners in each rodeo event.

Steer wrestling: 1. Juan Alcazar Jr, 5.3 seconds, $743; 2. Gus Maraman, 5.9, $557; 3. John Manson, 6.4, $371

Team roping: 1. Keven Daniel/Shane Hester, 4.7 seconds, $694 each; 2. Brady Barrentine/Jason Hill, 5.3, $520; 3. Brent Aldoff/Chris Soto, 5.5, $347
